Maintenance Person

Moscow, Idaho

The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a full-time maintenance person to support the Camas Village and Hillside Village apartment communities in Moscow, Idaho.  This full-time position (40 hrs/wk) will maintain the complexes, including individual apartment units and the property grounds.   A basic working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and grounds keeping is required. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and must have a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.  Carrying a cell phone for emergencies is also required.
