Maintenance Person

St. Anthony, Idaho & Ashton, Idaho

The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a  maintenance person at the Pondside Gardens Apartments in St. Anthony, Idaho, and Village Gardens Apartments in Ashton, Idaho. This 30-hour/week position will maintain the complexes, including individual apartment units and the grounds. A basic working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and grounds keeping is required. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and must have a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.  Carrying a cell phone for emergencies is also required.
